"Recently I moved here from Milwaukee. I stopped in by you and found your staff very friendly and helpful. I wanted to have something done with my bike and Bryan helped me find a paint kit in the catalog. We also found some other parts that would look good with the paint kit. Harley was way off on the time it would take to get the kit, however Bryan and others were so helpful to make everything happen. I made an appointment with service to have all the parts installled and other service work performed. The bike was done on time and the work was done beautifully. When I picked up my bike it was detailed spotlessly. The parts and labor were a lot less than some of the Milwaukee dealers where I have been so many times. I am glad to have a new place to bring my bike and will no longer have anyone else do my work. My bike has a new home dealership that I can count on. Thank you Hartford Harley and all of your employees. Your staff from sales, parts and service are the best!

"I called a few dealers around the area before I purchased my bike and when I decided what I was going to buy I called West Bend Harley Davidson and talked to Tony Sabo. I called him at about 11:00 am and made the deal over the phone, that night I was loading my new superglide on my trailor and hauling it back to Oshkosh where I live. Tony arranged everything for me over the phone so I did not have to rearrange my hectic schedule and stayed late to accomidate my schedule. I appreciate the customer service and the extra mile!

I just wanted to drop you a line on my experience with a recent purchase of my son's Harley XL883. I have been a Harley rider for several years and
when my 25 year old son, Dan, told me he had to have his own Harley, I was concerned, as I didn't want him to get a bad deal.
I have owned a few bikes, dozens of cars and boats, and I know, not all dealers are the same, so I knew we were going to have to do some looking.
In this day and age Price is always important, but how one is treated is tops in my book.
After spending weeks looking at bikes, at lots of Harley stores, all over the state, we stopped to see Wally Martin once again. Being the great guy that
he is, we were treated like old friends. My son and Wally put the deal together, and Dan picked up his bike that Saturday.
It isn't the great price Dan got but the outstanding treatment Wally gives to his customers, that I feel really makes your store. He called us back several
times to see if everything was all OK, and if we had any questions.
Every one in your store treats us like family, from the gals, who work in the clothing department to your finance guy. I have been to several of the stores in Wisconsin and Illinois and I must say, you guys set the standard. You have fair prices and great people to deal with and I am sure you will see us often.

"my purchase was out of state, and wally made me feel like I was buying my bike here in vegas from a local dealer. the attention and commitment he gave to me to make me feel comfortable was a huge plus. all the dealers here were way overboard on there prices. wally met msrp and i had my 06 streetbob.the dealer,s here couldn,t come close to the service and attention i recieved from wally and wbhd or the price thanks wally the 30 year wait to ride again is a lot sweeter now.Tony "

"I live a mile or two away from a Harley dealer in New Berlin, when I was shopping for a new bike in 2003 West Bend wasn't the first dealer I went to, it was the last. I was NOT impressed at the first few dealers I went to.West Bend HD was so much better than the other dealers, West Bend Hd went way out on a limb from me, something the other dealers didnt even offer to do. Getting the bike I wanted, they had bikes on the floor for sale none were what I wanted, Well West Bend HD did what no other dealer was willing to do, West Bend did a search for the bike I wanted, and found it in Texas. In a week or two I got my FXDWG in the color I wanted! Thank You West Bend HD for going that extra mile for me. West Bend HD is the dealer I take my friends to when their looking for A bike. "
